Sandid Resources-sfs, LLC (SRL) was founded in January of 1999. Our mission has been to provide the highest quality software integration and database management support on the market. Since our incorporation we have maintained our high standards of integrity and personal conduct which has resulted in having a solid reputation and great relationships with all of our past clients.

Edward Arvisais holds his doctorate in Pharmacology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center where he also completed a postdoctoral fellowship in nanomedicine and later an MBA emphasizing finance and economics. After publishing several novel findings in well regarded scientific journals, Dr. Arvisais transitioned to the areas of entrepreneurship and private equity investment. He currently performs private equity investment due diligence on behalf of investors and occupies an advisory board seat for Allegory Ventures, a life science/healthcare focused venture capital fund located in Portland Oregon. With a passion for entrepreneurship as well as private equity investment, Dr. Arvisais currently provides operational consulting support in the areas of financial analysis, data base development, product development, product commercialization, business development, technology transfer, contracts management, pharmaceutical science and capital raising for many startup businesses in the Seattle, Washington area.
