Blaine Carter brings decades of Information Technology experience to the team. He has held positions in medium and large businesses up to Chief Technology Officer and has extensive experience in the areas of Data Driven Software Application Creation, Deployment and Support; Hazardous Material and Waste Management Systems, Government Contract Management; Event Planning and Managing User Groups.
Blaine has recently formed Xatolis, Inc., and his qualified 8A company continues to be an important partnering relationship with Sandid Resources-sfs, LLC.
